COLLECTION FOR SALE
Calling Zero Freitas ...
My entire collection is for sale.
Not just my shop stock, I mean everything, all 24+ thousand items.
Get in touch if you are interested in buying everything, or large chunks of it.
If you're interested in cherry picking some collectables that's OK too, but you'll have to pay top dollar. Please indicate your (approximate) offer/bid price in advance. This avoids wasting everyone's time.

A LITTLE SLOWER THAN USUAL
I'm still in recovery from kidney surgery at the end of 2019 and it's taking me ages to get back to normal. I closed my store for a few weeks during the worst of it, and now that I'm a lot better I've re-opened it, but I am still not 100% and my energy levels are not what they should be. So, if I am a little slow responding to your emails, I apologise in advance, and ask for a little patience. So far I have had only one complaint/cancellation, so thanks to those who've cut me some slack. Oops...make that two cancellations. Some people just can't wait.

TO BUSINESS...
I've been collecting records since I received my first proper pay cheque in September 1986. I've bought and sold records over the years but I'm a hoarder by instinct, tending to hang on to things unless I dislike them thoroughly. Which is why I now have approx 25 thousand releases in my spacious attic. I used to sell records on my own website (DMR Records -- RIP) which went well until Google stopped including my website in its search results unless I was willing to pay... and I never liked eBay. Looking for an alternative, I signed up to discogs in 2005 but the database seemed to contain only techno & dance releases back then, and none of my records, so it was another few years before I opened my discogs store, in September 2011. In 2018-2019 I made a concerted effort to get my whole collection into the database, and I realised I do no need to keep them all. In fact, I'd like to cut it down drastically. So get digging!

I'm a white middle class west european wage slave with a partner, children, pets, mortgages, insurances, ridiculously expensive health care premiums, and a steady stream of bills keeping my blood pressure up -- I'm just like everyone else, in other words -- so my response times are sometimes a little slow. So please, bear with me.

Ordering:
My account is set up to automatically cancel orders and report non-paying buyers 5 days after the invoice is sent. So if you need more time, just let me know and I'll hold off on sending the invoice. I'm a reasonable person but I am not a mind-reader.

If you have zero feedback, I may insist on registered shipping (i.e. tracking) on your first order, for obvious reasons.

Paypal costs me money, so I always offer discounted shipping to people who pay by bank transfer (inside the euro zone). This keeps everything fair. If you live in The Netherlands, I expect you to pay by bank transfer, especially as all domestic packages are always sent with tracking by default (dus geen Paypal binnen Nederland AUB!!)

Useful Resources:
The following are here so I don't have to go looking for them everytime I want to add a record to the database.

It's intentional. It's called auto coupling, from the days when people stacked LPs on auto changer turntables for playing multiple sides without having to get up.

Is this an official reissue or a bootleg? Looks fishy to me.
Any word on the sound quality? Is it sourced from the BMG CD?

This brought me back to the pre-internet days of dealers mailorder lists on which every other obscurity would be described as psychedelic or "acid rock" because that helped drive up the price. Here we have a gimmicky, rubbishy A-side with horn section ... See full review

The album has some history. Capitol Records announced it's release in an August 1972 issue of Billboard, setting the release date for January 1973. It would be delayed by over a year. It was described in the advert as coming from Thunder Productions and ... See full review

Great, catchy new wave record which sounds a bit like Three Imaginary Boys era Cure mixed with The Beat's "Mirror In The Bathroom" sax sound. Great drummer.

The info on musik-sammler is trawled from the net, it's not reliable.
It provides no independent proof of existence of this item.
IMO this LP does not exist on vinyl (yet!)
