Mainly, Discogs is a source of information for me. Since 2007 it became for me a source of some vinyl releases that are unavailable as digital downloads or CDs that are out of print - so I occasionally buy them. And I keep looking for them.
Since January '09 I started actively editing and updating our Discogs database. I made my first submission over 8 years ago and today I see how silly it was done :). What I can say to You (a person that is reading these words) - if You will someday add something to database or if You will only edit something - read Release Submission Guide and use common sense. You should also rely on guidance and hints provided by commenting members, but also use common sense while trying to use them. And please enter release data only from release itself, and not from your e-mails with label manager or with ex-girlfriend of band member... Adding more data than is really present on the release causes a serious mess.

I treat situations like buying something very seriously, so I never buy anything when I'm not really interested in it or when I don't have enough money for it. The only things that I expect is good (safe) packaging and correct grading (i.e. you should NEVER overgrade items). You can expect same things from me :) . I try to grade media and jewel boxes/cardboard sleeves honestly. Packaging will be safe enough to resist contact with Polish Post - if so then it should resist even worldwide shipping :) .

If I commented about obvious mistakes on Your submission it doesn't mean that I own the release, so I wouldn't be notified if you change it. In such situation please look weather I'm on "X have this" list on the right of release page, and if I'm not then PM me if you want me to revise your changes and eventually vote on them.

How the hell, they could credit Tomaso Albinoni as "Traditional" on the release of track titled "Albinoni"? Anyway - Trance at it's best. Track that genuinely shows how close is good Trance to Classical music. If all those guys, who are now known as ... See full review

This so called "remaster" trashes originally trashed sound even harder, with even more dynamics compression. It sounds terribly bad. The same effect as with listening to this album you can have by hitting your head in nearest wall with 1Hz rate.

To the remix of "Rapture" I would add something: indeed, I checked and it is true that the base for PvD remix is Creamer & Stephane K remix. But what is important - whole percussion overlay is taken just from previous track on CD - Southern Comforter's ... See full review

Great "Nu Skool Breaks" compilation. Some tracks are quite rare. And definitely all are very original. In my opinion a must have for every broken beats enthusiasts.

I owned this CD for a while. Sometimes I regret I simply sold it here after buying it at eBay. But it always lasts only for a while. First of all - there was no "Col" instrumental on mine copy. This made me very angry about this CD. Instead there was ... See full review

Beware of this version. It is highly overcompressed and music is strongly distorted. Other pressings on CD sounds better and has lower ReplayGain attenuation values.
