Unfortunately what other people are saying about this release is true. There is a running click during almost a minute getting into the inside section of side A, that running click matches a slight warp that my records has and I've bought a brand new ... See full review

A1 is terrible, what a rip-off. Not worth its price at all.

Like some other people have said, here we have another 'unfortunate' pressing. To be honest I don't really think this was unfortunate, they just release these awful pressings because they know the music is so good people will buy it no matter what.

I just wish all my records would sound half as good as this one. Outstanding sound quality, for the first time I understood what some people are saying when they refer to instrument sound separation, spatial sound feeling and all that stuff.

Try to look between the inner sleeve's paper and plastic sheets, mine was hidden in there.

I guess a non PVC plastic sleeve should do the trick.

This one is about to be repressed and remastered by Spectrum Spools.

I have picked this one some months ago, does anyone have any guess about who could be behind this? And where does the tracklist came from? There is absolutely no info on the record.

The pressing isn't great, but, to be honest, it is better than I expected. This one is a loud mastering and it has some bass passages, maybe that's why your needle is jumping. Mine didn't skip at all.

This one was repressed and is available at Bleep at regular prices, don't need to pay 200€ to those scalpers.

Was this release remastered from the original cassette tape? .

Maybe because it is so derivative that you do not have to listen to it if you have alread listened to "Interpol, Editors (first LP), She Wants Revenge"...

This is an amazing press, it sounds almost too good to be true.

If I would speculate I would bet that arising from unexpecteds issues it was impossible to cut side B at 45 RPM, I think that this guess fits into the fact that the side B that was pressed came from the third test press made.

Just bought the 2017 repress and this record might really be my most warped one, what just by itself is an achievement in its own right.

It has already been repressed twice, the last one in 2013.

I'm also really curious about the decision to cut one side at 33rpm and the other three at 45rpm, I suspect they intended to cut everything at 45rpm but ran into some problems, thus the third testpress for side B.
I understand the benefits of cutting at ... See full review

I'm really impressed with this pressing, this is a great example of why you don't need 180g records to get some amazing bass.

Am I the only one feeling let down with this one? At times this sounds like the kind of stuff that labels release just for profit after an artist had died.

Is it just me or The Heights does sounds a bit too much like Telephasic Workshop? I love Boards of Canad as much as anyone else, but this sounds a bit 'too derivative'.

My copy arrived yesterday and fortunately doesn't suffer from those non-fill issues. It isn't flawless but comparing to the majority of ambient pressing I've bought lately I can only be relieved it is properly listenable.

Mine too. I always adjust my expectations when listening to ambient music, because I know how distracting can those clicks and pops be, but this pressing is just subpar. I'm really disappointed with this one.

My copy doesn't skip, but it is clearly off-centered. The repress of Traumprinz - Into The Sun also came with bits of plastic hanging from the sides of the record. I don't know what happened with the QC of these, but I was expecting more from Giegling.
