Ordering records
How can I order a record?
You can either add items to your shopping cart or you can send me an email by clicking contact (or using sales@stimmenfieber.nl) if you need help with this or if you want to have more information.

How can I pay?
You have three options to pay me:
1. With a banktransfer
2. With Paypal
3. Money in a letter
4. People within The Netherlands can also pick up the records in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost.

Packaging, shipping prices and shipment
The records will be shipped with PostNL or GLS.

How will my record(s) be packed?
I use cardboxes from “protected.de”. The next four images will give you an example how your records will be packaged.

1. In this image you’ll see a record, a stiffner, a cardbox, tape, a piece of newspaper and a sticker which says “fragile”.


2. The first step is wrapping the record in the newspaper.


3. The second step is to put the stiffner and the record (wrapped in newspaper) into the cardbox.


4. The third and last step is to put tape on the cardbox to hold it together, to place the sticker on the cardbox and to write your address down on the package.


What are the shipping prices?
To see the shipping prices go to one of the records I have for sale and click on “details”. It will also give you some more information about my policies.

When will you ship my order?
That depends. If I have enough time your order will be shipped the same day you’ve made the payment. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours after I’ve received your payment. I don’t ship on Sunday. :)

How long will the shipment take?
That depends on the country you live in.

Gradings
I use partly the Goldmine System. NM records should sound as new and look as new except when I grade them with NM-. Records below the grading NM- will have surface marks or scratches and can have (light) noise or (light) crackles. Records or sleeves which I grade with VG are NOT in a bad condition. Sleeves graded in this condition will hardly have split seams or will be taped. I don't use the grading "Mint" and I don't sell records that skip or jump (unless mentioned in the notes).

If you want to be sure what you're buying: ask me for a photo or soundclip! I don't make complete rips of my records.
