Music is why I am alive. Produce, DJ, buy, sell, collect, and nerd out heavily.
A long for any Mo'Wax, BAPE/Ape Sounds and Toy's Factory! WANT.
I buy, sell, and collect lots of rare Japanese music too!

Anyone know where I can buy a WAV copy of the remaster in 24 bits?
|

Did you grab it? It doesn't have a black LP version right? I found some super cheap I don't want to let down if they are just the black version.

At the time, they showed Canada that they were, in fact, shitty people with attitudes from NYC. But then they made up! Did they not?!
|

Huh? You are not making sense. If they public got copies then that equates to it being released. And when you say "Only fans" do you mean OnlyFans?!

Why'd they ditch Alec for the second album?? Huh?? Ten words. Yeah.

So don't get the Buddyhead version? Yes? No? Two Wordsssss

Maybe do some research of why it is not rereleased then some emo post about the band not doing its part to get it re-released. They are an extremely giving and caring band. This is not their fault. UK Discs is a shit label that owns the rights and got...

Makes sense as this album too is on a different label, clearly wanting to also extort Boris out of money to retain the rights.

And that's the norm. This is coming a regular Japanese importer. Luckily, I bought the CD on Heavy Rocks Vol.2 Tour. I think it was $25. INOXIA has very fair prices and shipping rates. So support the label and band and place a multiple item order.

17 years later! Well... in fairness, I'm sorry, but the staccato, prosody, and tonality of both Jessie and Nicola's voices are uncanny. Just now listened to this album and my first thought was to follow it up with an ADULT. album. Clearly, both Jessie...

Contact them directly. Show them your records. They send you a Bamdcamp download. Simple.

Fucking rights he is. No other French producer can harness the French sound in such a way that is fresh, yet nostalgic and extremely creative. His tracks have such depth and character, so powerful. I can feel it resonating throughout my whole body....

I cannot agree with anyone that says these are similar and dull. Do you have ears? Right off the bat... I was like, when I first discovered this release back in early 2000s, "what?? RJD2...remixes my favourite tracks off 100th Window?!?!" I knew...

Extremely ignorant and hetero interpretation of Brian and the band. Ever heard of the adjective androgynous?! Brian Molko is not some female impersonator. His queer ethos was to skew gender norms, not crystallize it as some daft stage act...

To be honest I don't think he's out of tune, but clearly multiple times in the set, someone is making it clear they want to slow down the tempo, and it's a bit disorienting as they shift to a slower tempo. It seems possibly David J is getting the...

I also agree that this is superior to kick i.

I want the LPs so bad! I'll do a lossless download too.
|

Can anyone else verify this from their purchase? I guess I will hold off on buying if they are poorly pressed. So CZ pressings are usually junk?
|

Where can we download this? I can't seem to find it!

Whoa!!! What?! This is insane and I want it now.

I want this set so bad. Please Universe, provide for me...

Is it just me or is the CD a vinyl rip? From what I recall it sure sounds like it.

You know you should avoid anyone with an artistic "opinion" that starts with "they're so overrated". Pedestrian and lazy insights into the magnificent group known as Coil. And, if you don't like the releases, don't buy them.

I very much agree. What? Is he chopped liver or something? I want them, and the public should be aware of his talents. The world already knows Mr. Hebden to indie stardom and beyond, and to not give Koushik some sugar is disrespectful.

Lossless should have been provided hopefully. I really hope they did!
|

Did they break up? Really? I miss them. Oh poo.

I have an anomaly, my copyright is 2015, B0023558-0, and the sticker has a typo "1 LP" yet there are two LPs.

I really want this as a DHR/Alec Empire collector, please contact me if you have a mint copy you wish to part with.

Thanks! It's a shame as they are usually big proponents of lossless audio access.

Could someone please point me in the direction of where to acquire this?

Where can I buy this 24 bit version? I want to support Krush!

Loseless download card? Like the Throbbing Gristle reissues? Yes? No?

So are the tracks written by the individual members also performed by them solo? Solo pieces essentially? Or are they just written by each member and performed by TG as a whole? So I just confirmed, much like on D.O.A., these are solo pieces of music,...

Yeah what? You work for Cherry Red or something? Like come on.

Incorrect. They didn't sign to Capitol for US distribution until '86, and continued to release under independent Nettwerk in Canada for their whole career, with The Process being the exception.

And I think overall Rubin didn't see the market for LPs when everything was going to digital recordings. Saul Williams, another American signed artist, never got an LP on American either, it was only when licensed to the EU market and sold by Columbia...

This version is horribly compressed in a low formant mp3, no?

Why is This Mortal Coil's "Song to the Siren" played multiple times in the film and not even mentioned in the credits, let alone included in the soundtrack?!
|
![]() |
Completely disagree. GTA IV's soundtrack was one the best GTA selections. Just look at the music. Do you know music? Fela Kuti, David Axelrod, Bob Marley, and Joe Walsh (I don't know him my I know that song)! Those alone must have cost Rockstar a...

It's simple. He's not with the company and Konami has a vendetta against anyone who leaves their company; therefore, his music is not credited to him as he does not own the rights to it.
