My dad gave me his old record collection. Out of all the Stones, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Zep, and other greats in his collection I find myself coming back to this record far more than anything else. I think that says alot for this album. This record ...

Great sounding CD. Lots of warmth, detail, and ambience. I bought this and it actually replaced my original Sussex LP.

This is a truly great sounding vinyl pressing. The words big and thunderous come to mind. Make sure all loose items on your shelves are secure. The kick drum is vicious.

I bought this new for $18 and wasn't expecting much in the way of sound quality. I opened the record and there were finger prints and residue and it played with alot of crackle. However, after running it hrough my ultrasonic cleaner and relistening it ...

How does this sound compared to the original 2× 10" vinyl release?

Fun live album. If you take your music too seriously you might not like this. If you are looking for something good to just vibe to, give it a try. Well recorded, so you feel the atmosphere.

This album really captures Thee Oh Sees sound better than any other realease. It's also by far the best sounding pressing of any of their records I own and I have 13.

Blown away by the sound of this record. Ultra quiet pressing and huge, open, detailed sound.

Sound quality is decent, but nothing spectacular. However, the pressing is not great with alot of surface noise after being ultrasonically cleaned twice, especially on side A.

Nice pressing, low noise floor, and definitely not lacking bass. I preordered mine and it also came with a set list autographed by the entire band. Different concert set lists were available by choice while supplies lasted. Mine was from a show in ...

I guess I got lucky. This is one of the better sounding records in my collection. I did clean mine with an ultrasonic cleaner before I ever listened as I do with almost every record, so maybe that has something to do with it.

One of the trippiest, funkiest, most jamminest thing I've ever heard.

It's about time to reissue this on vinyl. I've been waiting patiently.

No wonder it sounds "flat". Thanks for letting me know!

This is a great live album. Well recorded and the DVD is a nice addition with some killer black and white footage of a live show at The Chapel in San Francisco, their home at the time.

Yes. How about a Pilot Talk box set with all 3 albums and some merch included? I'd pony up for that!

This pressing has a very quiet background and the mastering and mix is stunning. The packaging, although not a gatefold, it top notch. Just a beautiful psychedelic record that has instantly become one of my favorite things ever done by Jon Dwyer.

The notes for this release says white label pressing. My copy has solid black labels. Anyone else have one like this?

Reaaly good pressing. Outstanding detail and quiet background. Only negative was that the inner sleeves left more paper dust than I've ever seen on a new record. After a good cleaning it sounds great though.

All the Ryko stuff I've heard sounds great, including CDs. This is no exception.

Mine plays at 33rpm too. Great sounding pressing by the way. I have two other translucent orange pressings in my collection and for some reason they all sound great.

Phenomenally pressed and mastered hip hop record. One of those albums that will be more and more coveted as time goes on. Classic

Maybe they had some throw aways and just kept going?

I agree. Mine is 29215. The sound is very flat.

Not discounting any other reviews here, but mine plays flawlessly and sounds amazing. Just saying

Anybody else have any issues with this pressing being off center?
