Profile
If you’re here to PM me about how to submit to discogs, it’s likely that your question is already answered in the submission guidelines, and I’ll only refer you to the relevant section. There are no secret ways to submit releases to the database. Do both of us a favor and familiarize yourself with the guide.
If you must contact me about a submission, please be kind enough to give me a link so I won’t have to hunt for it. I am one of the most prolific voters on the site, I don't remember everything I vote on, and I cannot read your mind.
Do not assume that I own all releases where I leave comments or make edits.
I contributed these two articles to the Discogs wiki (now trashed) about codes seen on many Christian releases:
• CMTA genre codes (based on comprehensive info from an industry organization and Billboard)
• SPCN codes (based on the research of other amateurs and lots of reasonable assumptions)

Please note:
- Items in my sale list are for sale. Items that I rate 1/5 or of which I have duplicates could be for sale or trade if you make me an attractive offer. All other items in my collection are NOT FOR SALE.
- I won’t help you commit piracy. Making requests for files violates the Discogs terms of service and those making such requests are subject to account suspension. DO NOT ASK.
- If you are on this page looking for material to use in attacking me (troll food), whether in the forums, personal messages, or submission histories, just look below. Please note that vandalization of my submissions will not be tolerated, and is grounds for account suspension.

The following are not apostrophes, and not appropriate to use as apostrophes on discogs (or anywhere else):

“Next after theology I give to music the highest place and the greatest honor.”—Martin Luther (3)
“The Christian is the really free man—he is free to have imagination. This too is our heritage. The Christian is the one whose imagination should fly beyond the stars.”—Francis A. Schaeffer, Art & the Bible
“God assumed from the beginning that the wise of the world would view Christians as fools, and He has not been disappointed. Devout Christians are destined to be regarded as fools in modern society. We are fools for Christ’s sake. We must pray for courage to endure the scorn of the sophisticated world. If I have brought any message today, it is this: Have the courage to have your wisdom regarded as stupidity. Be fools for Christ. And have the courage to suffer the contempt of the sophisticated world.” — Antonin Scalia
“A writer who says that there are no truths, or that all truth is ‘merely relative,’ is asking you not to believe him. So don’t.” — Roger Scruton
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” — Colossians 3:16–17 (ESV)
My tastes started with synthpop and branched out to most genres of electronic music. I collect electronic music recorded by Christian artists, and have been a discographer of several bands for about 10 years.

Discogs at one time allowed titles to be entered in correct English-style caps. After the following rule was deleted from the guidelines, submitters are no longer allowed to enter titles correctly according to their respective languages and must use discogsian-style caps. Despite the repeated protestations of nay-sayers, allowing us to enter titles correctly did not cause the database to implode.
Capitalization
On Artist names, Label names, Release titles, and Track titles, all words must be capitalized except articles (capitalization is optional on a, and, the, etc, unless it is the first word). Capitalization of artist name particles (i.e. van, von, di, de, la, etc.) is not required.
