All CDs are shipped in brand new bubble-padded envelopes.
CD singles in full-sized jewel cases are classed as albums.
We don't grade CD jewel cases but will ensure that any cracked ones are replaced before being shipped out.
Orders are usually shipped within 18 hours of receiving payment.
Please contact us via the order page in the unlikely event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, and we will endeavour to rectify the situation by way of return (shipping paid by us if incorrect item was sent, and by buyer for change of heart), refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
