That vocal is from Aisha 'The Creator' although probably sampled from Mad Professor 'Fast forward into dub'. I think you're confusing library music with sample 'libraries'. Sample CDs aren't 'library' music in the sense that KPM and Bruton released ... See full review

Massively underrated tune, one of the best trance records of all time. Quality uplifting trance from the Space Brothers on both the breakbeat influenced Original and the euphoric Rethink remix. The Sol Brothers garage mix is the best thing they did, ... See full review

I associate it with the Jam and Spoon mixes. I was only ten in 1992 but the 1997 re-release had the Watch out for Stella mix on it alongside the remixes. The other mixes more or less passed me by at the time and the only other one I've checked on YouTube ... See full review

The thing that killed prog house was beard stroking producers disappearing up their own backsides with 12 hour dj sets and 15 minute tunes that 'progressed' almost nowhere. If that's 'the sound' you're referring to, maybe it needed ending.
