This is a great reissue. The addition of The Groom's Still Waiting At The Altar marks the first time the song has been included on a vinyl pressing of the album, and it significantly improves an already great record. The pressing is very clean, although ... See full review

Keeping my fingers crossed for a reissue or repress of both this and the second VV album. Both are killer records greatly in need of rerelease.

I got this press. It looks in fine nick, but is really really noisy. Perhaps I got a dud.

I think you must have, my copy sounds perfect.

I hope this album gets a reissue someday. It's an excellent record and doesn't deserve to remain so obscure.

Just a heads up: this went out of print recently. It might well be the first ever MFSL/MOFI Dylan title to do so. Prices are already rising and are likely to continue that way, so grab it now if you want it. This pressing sounds superb and, while it's ... See full review

This is a top notch release. The music itself is lovely and a really refreshing alternative to the classic original album, and the pressing itself is one of the cleanest I have heard in a long time. Sound quality is excellent throughout, and MPO have ... See full review

I think Optimal's quality control has actually improved lately. I've heard two titles pressed by them released this month (Oct 2018) and I've been very impressed by both. Minimal noise floor, clean surfaces, very little in the way of noise. I've found ... See full review

My thoughts on MPO are that they're a curiously inconsistent plant. I have quite a number of releases from them and some are merely acceptable whilst others are, frankly, superb. At their best, I think they're preferable to either GZ Media or Optimal and ... See full review

This is a surprisingly good pressing. I've had no prior experience with Plain, however their reputation is terrible across discogs, so I've always been wary of their releases. I found this at a cheap price, so I figured it was worth a try. I came to it ... See full review

We've GOT to get a vinyl reissue of this sometime. It just has to happen. It's an essential part of Frank's discography and one woefully expensive and elusive on wax. Come on, ZFT!

This 2000 Simply Vinyl reissue is 100% the definitive version of the album on vinyl; the original pressing was a real botched job and the mastering is shockingly poor for a big-name major label album. In particular, the drums and bass sounded so muddy on ... See full review

Seconding that call for a repress. This is one of Jason's best albums, it really shouldn't be unavailable - especially not when most of his other work is quite easy to get on vinyl.

This is a superb reissue and highly recommended considering the reasonable pricetag. The pressing is really very clean; my copy has a few rare pops here and there, but little to no surface noise, a very low noise floor and really nice, balanced sonics. ... See full review

I think GZ have stepped up their quality control over the last year or so. During most of this decade, their output has been quite patchy from my experience. Some of their (relatively) older releases sounded excellent, some mediocre. I've been really ... See full review

What does the label look like is it orange or brown looking?

It's bright orange - nothing like the UK or US originals at all. It has the album title in big font on the left and various info + tracklist on the right.
