Having the SNES version of the soundtrack--when it's not available anywhere else--is the real highlight of this release. Although a very brief soundtrack lasting only 29 minutes, most of the arrangements are made better through the filter of the SNES ... See full review

Boy, the last two tracks feel completely misplaced from the rest of the album. While not one of my favorite of Vaperror's albums, it still has some noteworthy beats.

I have mixed feelings about this album.

Full disclosure: I've never been a fan of the game itself, and the soundtrack as a whole didn't really resonate with me. But overtime, through various arrangement albums, Mitsuda's score transcends itself from ... See full review

Lo-fi trap vaporwave isn't an amalgamation of genres I would expect to get into, but Vaperror's Mana Pool drew me in almost with ease. His four bonus tracks are just as dope as his original tracks, illustrating the strong sense of tempo and timing of ... See full review

I should preface this comment with a single topic. This album was bought from a local record shop which had a healthy amount of copies for this so-called limited edition LP, so I wasn't subjected to the literal pressing concerns that faced the consumers ... See full review

A purchase of this repress is a step closer to getting a repress of Aphex Twin's "Classics", which I'm in full support. Not that I don't enjoy SAW 87-92 by its own right, it has songs like "Heliosphan" that resonate with me.

Watch as the standard release becomes more of a rarity than the limited edition. This can happen from time to time.

It's safe to say that, whatever the amount, this pressing won't be as rare as the "Houston, TX" EP from a couple years ago.

And THAT is why it's a luck of a draw. You'll never know what you'll get from individual copies when you do buy multiple variants in a single order. This is why collectors order them separately to avoid confusion.
