My copy is the same sandpaper on side A and B right channel. Side B is better but still a bit. Record 2 is fine. Neither are very flat. Love the band, and solid album.

I haven't seen any commentary on "Flight Tonight" and the 2 versions (I know of), one with french rap (OG), and one with english rap (newer versions). Info as to why?

You can't go wrong with this crowd of musicians. A great set as one would expect. My copy is a very clean play and flat. Instruments sound good with no distortion or sibilance.

Agreed, it has become almost difficult to get a simple black vinyl version on initial release these days. Some of us don't need a fruit loops version and prefer a good pressing on a classic black record.

My copy suffers from wavy gravy syndrome. It doesn't jump grooves anywhere but is far from flat. Does sound good though.

Seems to have been pressing from as early as the late 50's??? Look at Bethlehem Records. Many of the releases from the late 50's have the same ☆ stamp in runouts.
