I don't really like the vocals they could have released this with two mixes on it. E.g. Vocal Mix & Dub Mix the other tune could have been released later on it's not even from the same era.

Looking at the track durations the CD version is just over 5 minutes long Jonny L - I'm Leavin' and this vinyl version is only 4 minuites.
Also the title track 'I'm Leavin' is the full length version here but the edited down one on the CD.

There seems to be couple of VIP versions one is on this Various - DJ Box 2 CD it not listed as the VIP but is the version played by Randall on Kiss FM 12 July 1995.

The other is a VIP played by DJ Hype at Helter Skelter 'Keep The Fire Burning' 7th October 1995.
