I have had this version for about 6 months now, listened to it about once a month and am quite happy with it. I am not experiencing any excessive noise, just wonderful music.

OK, so the vinyl is quiet and the packaging (gatefold, booklet and sleeves) is fine, ...first rate in fact, but the remaster does sound different and I am not sure if it is better?!? Just different and not as comfortable to the ear. I'll need to do more ... See full review

I listened...and listened again ...and again. Each time I heard something new. 5 years on and it still sounds fresh. Good piece of music I'd say...

This is a superb release. Very high quality audio and on the "right" system... spellbinding.

I purchased this album earlier in 2018 at an audio store, recommended as having "good sound". Not only did the overall quality of the LP/production/pressing impress, but the MUSIC was way more sophisticated than I remembered it...I subsequently went out ... See full review

Super pressing! WAAAYYYY better than the CD. Ultra wide dynamics and dead quiet vinyl. Worth every penny.

I have owned this album for many years and every time I play this record, it sounds fresh and I hear something new in it. How can that be? Great music really is timeless. Also, this version is a superior sounding piece of vinyl.

The original box set (Tomato) is the best sounding version I have heard. Yeah, it can be a "long" listening experience (compared to other releases, the promo and cd) but somehow when heard in it's entirety it all seems to makes more sense. The vinyl ... See full review

My two cents.... I own several versions and this is the best one I have heard. The output is slightly lower than most pressings but the spacial quality and inner detail is much improved. If you have an audio system capable of the highest resolution, it ... See full review

Wow...who knew Randy Bachman was jazzy? This "Michael Franks"-ish styling is great! Anyone who has attended a live Randy Bachman show (or REALLY listened to him) knows just how talented a guitarist he is, but this is fresh and engaging. The "side men" ... See full review

Sometimes stark, sometimes not, always beautiful.... a classic example of how less is more.

Finally got a decent copy of this. The thing just makes me smile (even if I do not speak French). Good music is good music....
