I only have a mono version John Coltrane - Olé Coltrane to compare. The mono has a bit more bass, but i was surprised, that this rainbo pressing doesn't sound awful. I am sure, audiophile pressings sound better, but i think, it sounds decent enough and the pressing... See full review

The records look awesome and the remixes are top notch, but the coloured records are noisy. While the red one is ok, the blue one starts to "swoosh" on both sides at some point, which is very noticeable between tracks. My replacement copy... See full review

This album instantly landed in my personal top 10 albums of all time.. Seriously.. Such a beautiful album, it's unbelievable and the whole artwork job to this album is done perfectly.

The mastering by Bob Ludwig is amazing, so the vinyl version... See full review

100% agree! I had an A/B comparison tonight with my best friend who has the yellow VMP reissue. Especially the back cover looks like a waxtime or similar grey market reissue. I loved the music, so i bought the pure pleasure pressing and its really... See full review

My copy is noisy (constant background hiss). Disc 1 is worst in my case. I'm glad, that the mastering is so damn fat and the cut is so loud, that the hiss is not really that noticable during the tracks... So.. Awesome sounding record, but noisy... See full review

technically, it really is no problem to fit very good sounding 15 minutes at 45rpm on one side.. there are records with 30 minutes at 33rpm per side.. ok that is beyond the good sounding limit, but 45 is not the double of 33.. the latest album by... See full review

Aah! Thanks for that info! I have Sirens on vinyl, but that digital deluxe version came one year after its initial release. Thats why i didn't know. And a little bit annoying to see a same album released again with some different tracks..
