A-side everyone knows, been waiting months. It's a banger, 2-step track with hardkore vibez.
B-side is a Burial mood piece. Both super solid. |

Beautiful release I was very lucky to find in a record store and bought because Dean Blunt. Hazy and special record, there's a level of innocence in some of the tracks that's actually really delicate. I should really check out more Joanne Robertson...

Call me a rube, the pressing sounds fine to me.
There are some records that demand to be played at full volume so that they can overwhelm your senses, all of your senses. Obviously this is one of those special records that needs to fill a room,... See full review |

I believe this is the release I have tho my runout says A2 and B2 instead of A1 and B1.
Also this is one of the best records ever but everyone knows that already. |

Are A2/B2 the best Burial songs ever? No. Are they good tracks? Yeah, second half of A1 rips and the vibes on B2 are like 'Come Down to Us' Burial-esque prom dance.
Blackdown tracks are also solid. A1 is a real kick drum workout. But pretty much... See full review |

Don't think there's any dispute that the XX are one of the more important artists to come about in the past decade+. I won't rehash the discussions on their artistic growth except to say that I find all of their explorations into dance music very...

Bought for the Burial mix. Dark, sensual song. The bass comes across a lot more like someone actually playing a bass synth as opposed to sampling a Reese and such. Absolutely beautiful track that draws you in with the vocal and build. Makes you feel...

Great release. Something for people who love the more club oriented Burial tunes and the more ambient, mood pieces. Claustro is one of the more aggressive dance songs from Burial and State Forest is this beautifully peaceful track to round it off.

Big mean old school DMZ/Loefah sound on this one. Absolute killer.

Each track is big. B1 is insane, would be a murder out live.

Big sounds, massive rhythm. Drums on A-side are top notch but the B-side is just something else.

Unfortunately my sleeve got damaged in transit due to rain :( Records still sound nice tho.
I'll be honest, I was a bit disappointed when I put this on, and it pains me to say it as an Eva fan who thinks she's given us some of the best dubstep in a... See full review |

White Peach as always puts out great releases. B-side felt a lot better to me, all songs would go off in a club though a little less fun to listen to in a room alone :(

Goodness gracious big techno sound. B1 is a stand out. Deep dark and aggro. B2 has heavy dub flavors in the rhythm. Solid release and big ups to CNC.

You already know you're getting something forward thinking wit Horsepower/Benny Ill. Just super impressive how their sound has progressed through the darker garage through to legit half-time dubstep tunes and so on. Heavy breaks/junglist vibes on this...

I'm hardly an expert on disco/house but this record has serious summer night vibes. Horns are great and funky on the A-side. B-side also has a tight groove. Sweaty happy club sounds.

White Peach has certainly defined a sound around dubstep in the late 2010s. There's a mixture of brighter eskibeat detuned squares with a more menacing and plodding rhythm/bass section. Some bounce on the B-side which gives a little more depth to the tracks.

A-side is on another level. Reminds me of a lot of Roly Porter or what Vex'd would be if they kept on going. Heavy vibes. B sides are great, particularly Reach. Brighter synth arps but dark and foreboding bass creates this beautifully awkward sonic...

Pretty sure I heard Roll With the Punches at a Reconstrvct in NYC and it still went off. Kind of a shame that it overshadows Die Brucke since that's a unique tune in its own right but when you strike gold... you strike gold.

There's a lot to say about Sophie, how her music is far ahead of its time (still), how this track in particular helped define the outer limits of an era and just inspired a lot of belief in the ability to still really push things forward in dance...

A-side is the track. B-side is fun and would fill out sets but A-side is the big one.

Really forward thinking dnb. Each track is great, just an inspiring release of deep, dark, halfstep dnb.

A-side is massive. Everyone knows it. Just a menacing, menacing track. Whoever said it's the best since Fatman is spot on. Different sorts of aggression.
B-sides are more of a rhythm workout. Ruffneck is wild. |
