It's all about ''Deep Love'', probably my favorite Formation tune, simple as that. This track is a masterpiece for its deep vibe, its rhythm, and its outstanding production, that even my mom likes it.
The other 3 tracks of the EP are also worth... See full review

I nerver really liked the original ''papua new guinea'' track so much, as it sounded too atmospheric and soft to my ears, and i would say a little boring, plus it is an overplayed track.
However these 2 Satoshi Tommie remixes are very dark, and far... See full review

''Journey To Pyramid'' is the one for me, and the main reason to have this 12''. It is by far the most interesting version of the track. I'm not into ''original'' mix, or the other mixes which are more or less similar to original.

Hoover dark Belgian techno madness from 1991, capture the vibe of that time to the maximum.
I never liked this track in the past as i always thought that this was an early 1992 track, very simple, repetitive and bouncy (maybe the roots of gabber are... See full review

It's definitely a 1993 release.
First heard it in June 1993 on a radio show as a new release, 2 tracks of this record: ''Quite Safe'' and ''Mastermind'' along with some other new early gabber releases of that time, such as ''Neophyte ‎– The Three... See full review

My even new copy plays with too many pops and crackles due to very tight sleeve caused damages to first vinyls (sides A&B) when unsealed it.
Very expensive album and now i have to buy again and pay double money.

Why this fantastic 12'' is so underrated? Global vibes is a top junglistic style breakbeat tune, with nice flow, sounds, vocals, mastered breaks, and a cool melody.
B-side is also special. 2 different mixes of a high quality oldskool house tune, with... See full review

Great oldskool techno track, so uplifting and so underrated. A little bit noisy in places and the beats too loud unfortunately, but the main theme is fantastic and ahead of its time, as it reminds me the euro dance/techno scene of the later on years... See full review

Altern 8 were successful hardcore techno duo. They filled the missing gap between Belgian techno 1991 sound and UK Breakbeat hardcore 1992, just in the middle (late '91 to early '92).
''Frequency'' was the finest example of this (huge T99 belgian... See full review

The youtube clips are wrong, here. I have this on vinyl, and the actual track is Belgian techno 1991 style, similar to T99 tracks, with ''Anastasia'' stabs, while the youtube clips are euro house tracks, with rap vocals, and guitar stabs/.

These 4 remixes are miles better than the original mixes of ''RIVET 1238'', so if your like your hardcore to be darkside and deep, then ''Tek 9 ‎– The Return Of Tek 9 (Remixes)'' is the EP to go for. Bloody underrated release.
