This is an amazingly detailed repress - a really crisp and dynamic recording and he wax is dead quiet too. An essential purchase.

A splendid remaster and a clean and quiet pressing that really pulls you in to the tracks. Easily the finest 'Britpop' album in my opinion and one of the few that hasn't dated - a great blend of guitar hooks and atmospheric synths. Lovely job done of the ... See full review

This is a very impressive sounding record for a Sony repress. Dead quiet wax and a very nice distinction between the bass and higher ends - some really good stereo separation on tracks such as 'Fly On The Windscreen'. Much of it down to the sonic ... See full review

Loads of acts are releasing albums throughout 2020 and people need new music now more than ever. As for the quality of this album, it's probably one of the best pop releases in the last few years and deserves all the praise it's currently getting.

Waiting for a vinyl comp that dumps Dancing In The Street and includes 'All The Young Dudes' and 'Loving The Alien'.

My copy sounds excellent - very happy with it. This is a really solid album from start to finish.

Really not bad for a budget priced reissue. Very quiet pressing too.

The original Factory UK pressing is superb and very dynamic.

One of U2's most interesting albums sonically and this blue pressing doesn't disappoint. Superb clarity that brings out the best of the album's intricate Eno soundscapes whilst the vocals and minimal guitar hooks are crisp and intimate. This is a ... See full review

Such a strong collection of tunes with some terrific hooks for the most part - the Pet's strongest album since 1990's 'Behaviour'.

I've just grabbed a near mint copy of an original pressing. I don't have the CD but this is a great pressing and well worth picking up a copy. Solid album too and well produced.

ABC resisted another Lexicon Of Love throwback following the previous rather lacklustre but crowd pleasing 'Alphabet City' and recorded this 1989 gem as though they had just stumbled out of a week long house rave in a field up north somewhere. Thirty ... See full review

A real audiophile must-own pressing from the ever reliable Mute who recently did such a fine job with the Fad Gadget pressings. Fantastic sonics on this gem - an album that still sounds absolutely timeless.

Signed copies sold out within hours of this reissue being announced via the Goldfrapp FB page so congrats :)

Wonderful repress of an artist who was well ahead of his time and an absolute quality release that bodes well for the forthcoming Goldfrapp re-issues. Just a thousand copies of this Fad compilation pressed so grab one whilst you can.

Are there any pressings of this album that sound decent or have they all been botched? Would love a copy of this on vinyl.

Just listened to this limited and happy to report that it sounds amazing, no pops and superb sonics for a modern pressing. Album of the year for me.

I've got a few of these JD/New Order vinyl represses and they all sound excellent especially 'Power Corruption & Lies'.

Euphoric Chip and a gorgeous pressing that makes up for the rather odd sleeve (the cover for the standard edition is far better). I've had this on repeat all night despite all the labels being blank which has been a challenge but such a rewarding ... See full review

Impressive sound quality for a repress and nice attention to detail with the sleeve. With 30,000 copies pressed, it can hardly be called a 'limited edition' but still a quality release.

Three years on and I find myself spinning the white edition without realising the timing. I was lucky with my copy, superb and haunting sonics and still one of the best albums I've heard in recent years.

My favourite Bowie album by far and the original UK release is such a dynamic pressing - a beautifully produced album. Avoid the recent reissue and spend a few more pennies on the 1977 vinyl.

Such a fine pressing from NY label 2MR, crisp sonics and no surface noise. Inventive electronic music that is given a unique edge with Kedr's haunting vocals.

A beautiful pressing on every level and such fine sonics - a fitting 20th anniversary celebration with lush packaging for a legendary album that will simply never date. Grab this version whilst it's still relatively cheap.

A lovely pressing from Demon, this is the album that should've followed 'The Luxury Gap' - full of great electronic hooks and something of a lost gem.

Totally agree with you and I have that Pledge coloured vinyl. The songs are fantastic but this is one of the worse vinyl pressings that I've ever heard. As you said, it's flat and has to be turned up really loud to get anything from it. As a result, I ... See full review

I still think Travelogue is the League's finest album sonically and musically. A definite desert island disc for me and always on the look out for the Australian pressing containing the alternate version of Marianne.

Someone does need to go back to the source material and remaster this album properly before doing a repress. Such a shame as it's a really good album musically.

A real solid collection of tunes and on par with The Witching Hour - no filler and the pressing is ok-ish. I had an autographed copy shipped from Glasgow and its not black vinyl but a grey splatter transparent one(?)
