A very impressive sounding repress. The transparent lilac vinyl is a very nice touch too. Well worth your pennies if you don't already own this album on vinyl.

I received the clear/black vinyl today and gave it two spins and really enjoyed it. My pressing sounds excellent, no surface noise, great sonics - a very enjoyable listen. 7 inch is of similar quality too. Like The Magic Whip - this is a terrific pressing. See full review

Blu-ray ordered plus the Abbey Road half speed vinyl. One of the best albums ever recorded.

This album for me is *far* better than Playing The Angel which lacked variety. The tracks you mentioned as your dislikes are amongst my faves on this album, in fact, I would struggle to pick a weak track from Memento.

I'd heard the CD suffers from digital clipping etc and was a disappointment sound wise to fans? I own the clear and red vinyl and both are superb pressings.

Completely disagree and Mode don't need 'mega hits' at this stage of their career. Have you questioned why your opinion is so out of synch with all the reviews for this album? Do you think critics in across the media are forcing themselves to praise it?

Not entirely sure that you could drop 'Ghosts Again' considering how popular it has become but do agree that the album could lose one or two tracks but that said, this is still easily Mode's best album since Ultra without a doubt. Superb stuff.

I've just been given a mInt copy - G / 0208. A common 12 inch it seems but what an absolute gem of a tune.

Pure quality. The music is legendary but wonderful to hear this gem of a debut sounding so good on this lush VMP remaster. Gorgeous packaging and the reflective Interpol logo is a really nice touch. One day, all reissues will be as good as this - 9/10

Hi Oldschool I got this recently from Amazon UK - could be a label error at the pressing planet maybe(?) Impossible to tell what side I'm playing until it starts but a terrific pressing anyway.
