It looks like Proper Records used the cover that was on the original 1993 vinyl release for this versus MOV using the cover from the 1993 CD for their 2017 reissue.

Lots of obvious influences here, such as The Stone Roses and Ride, but this is a nice EP. The song Accelerate reminds me of modern shoegaze bands like Flyying Colours.

Cherry Red commonly screws up releases. There are a lot of complaints about them. Read the reviews here for the Ferment reissue they did on cd - Catherine Wheel - Ferment.

Opening track "Walking At A Downtown Pace" reminds me of some Madchester tunes from the 90s. Perhaps The Charlatans' "Page One" from the stellar 1992 release, Between 10th & 11th.
