RCA Victor Master Serial Number Codes - 1942-1980's
Jacksonville pressings, between c.1968 and 1969-70, a large "O" was hand-etched in the deadwax, rather than a machine-stamped "0". The main key is that on LP's, the pressing ring diameter was 1.5", while on 45's there were the 360 interlocking serrations and small 3.3125" diameter center labels.
Winchester (-WW#) had 1.390625" diameter, in the way it was shaped it was borderline deep groove.
- Jacksonville (-JW#) had 1.5" diameter.
- Los Angeles (-LW#) had 1.5625" diameter.
