I personally find the MACONDO track absolutely stunning, a timeless hymn that makes this record worth buying alone. A magnificent pop gem in queer minimal/analogue style. Unfortunately the band's other material is a bit mediocre IMO.

I've treausred this release ever since it came out: Akita's hypernoise is subdued and processed heavily, but it doesn't resemble the artsy minimalism I personally dislike about some Heemann work. This is intense, focused and thoroughly recommendable!
