I can't believe I haven't encountered this artists' music before. It combines everything I love about warm and soulful ambient music.

It's a dreamy mélange of many subtle mood flavors. Sometimes for example, it has the vibe of To Rococo Rot. The first ... See full review

Same here. Very disappointing. Always trusted this label without second thought. Not anymore.

There are two ways you can listen to this album. The first provides superficial fun, the second has a melancholic undercurrent.

On the surface, this album is a groovy hypnagogic ride. It has all the hallmarks of that weird and almost forgotten micro ... See full review

This record is what you get, when you mix together:

The faux-medieval sound of "Lustwandel"-era Roedelius with SNES Street Fighter II stage music, a dash of glorious cheese JVCD "Cyborg" Soundtrack, some muffled Clams Casino style beat reductions & a ... See full review

Ingrams music can sound like a dry exercise in technical precision. But I like to consider it more as highly specialized, like a fine-tuned scientific experiment conducted by a skilled researcher.

In fact, Ingram is an expert in capturing the flair of ... See full review

A very disappointing and lackluster release, especially considering the dream combo of Wémè and a Der Zyklus full-length. I'm very attuned to Donalds style and typically tend to search for "interpretational flaws" on my side when I'm underwhelmed by his ... See full review

Three albums in, and Dante Carfagna delivered his masterpiece.

His first record was a pleasant piece of instrumental beat making, very laid back and with a calming sense of rural nostalgia. His second album further built upon this feeling of bucolic ... See full review

The B-side from Stars of the Lid is a truly sublime piece of lo-fi ambient, painting a nostalgic vision of golden midwestern landscapes, where adolescents stroll through fields and woods in the hazy afternoon sun, lost in peaceful reverie, not yet aware ... See full review

Can't believe how lush the synth-line on A2 is flowing. Like a wave of pure warmth. Somehow, it reminds me very much of Colin Towns melancholic Soundtrack to forgotten Horror B-Movie "Full Circle". The dreamy feeling, the color and fullness of the ... See full review

Why are Echospace Vinyl releases always so incredibly expensive? There are so many small labels releasing 2LPs in 300-500 runs without ever crossing the line of 22-23€.
