Still slightly head over heels about this release.

The label is still pushing out top-notch releases, but this stands above for me by quite a bit.

Fantastic release again from the Wania crew. Snap it up before the sob stories ensue.

This label's doing everything right. The artwork, packaging, heartfelt sounds and just the overall aesthetic is right up my alley. Just keep doing what you're doing guys.

I'm going to make a snap judgement and claim that this is the best release on the label this year. And that's a helluva tall order.

2 - so beautifully blissfully aggressive it makes my head whir.

The b side is quite simply quirky and makes this EP rank amongst my favourites.

Rush Hour always do, though they sell out fast.

Two lovely acid-tinged layered grooves on the a-side followed by the usual effective Heckle drum workouts on the flip, which have touches of flair and variation that make them so infectious you'll want to throw the needle right back the beginning again. ... See full review

b-side on this release runs from the inside out.
Nice release, each side comes with a completely different vibe and both are executed very well in my opinion.

Agreed with LargeSpoon, Katyusha really is an unpredictable, otherworldly little gem, though Test Tubes was always the track which stood out to me the most on the entire release, and this EP is definitely my favourite of the Drawbar Organ series. ... See full review

I think the number of owners and the represses that I've noticed popping up on stores is testament to just how good this release is. 'Bells' just swings so hard.

Definitely agreed. More to these tracks than chugging techno tunes; there's some raw, visceral sounds here and tracks that morph and develop rather than remaining stuck in the same rut throughout the entire duration.

Unquestionably my favourite Autechre release, with a much more direct, somewhat instant feel in comparison to more of their more abstract modern material which can be somewhat of a chore to listen to if I'm not quite in the right mood for it. Just ... See full review
