While listening to this tune after more than a decade, it struck me how much it has the same sound that later Basic Channel had in its more house oriented tracks as Q 1.1 and Quadrant dub. A very groovy record!

Perhaps something went wrong at the pressing plant, for when i picked up my pre-order copy at the store, there was one dense spot of scratches on A2, about the size of a small coin. I returned my copy and asked for another one, which was perfect.

Hearing Procedere for the first few times definitely invokes strong emotions. A spellbound attention even. I'm sure that hearing it for the first time when you're in a club, if your mind has opened after hours of dancing, it could send you right off.

The sound of the Horizons track wouldn't give me the impression of being a Fluxion track, if i wasn't told who was the artist. I guess the evolving of artist's output is noticeable in this release then.
