I finally got around to listening to my copy today and it sounds really great. The music is clear and defined, and really pops. It's also mastered somewhat quietly so you can turn it up quite a bit. There's a bit of noise and some pops and clicks here ... See full review

This is hands down the most dynamic pressing in my collection. Only problem is the lowered noise floor brings out more of the pressing imperfections. My copy is definitely listenable, but it could be a little better.

All in all, this is a fantastic ... See full review

My AA-1006 (with a scratched out B in the runout) is one of the best versions I've heard on any format, even if it's a little rough around the edges. I still long for a Cisco copy though. Also, I'll back you up on your claims regarding the "Back to ... See full review

I'm also going to chime in and say my copy is really great. I clean every record I get (new or used) with a Squeaky Clean RCM using The Disc Doctor's Quick Wash Record Cleaner. A dirty record is always going to sound noisy.

Overall very clean and sounds ... See full review

Crazy that this went unnoticed for so long. Cheers for figuring all of this out and doing all the leg work. Apparently I had the Record Industry pressing this whole time.

Odd that they'd use two pressing plants for a single release though, especially ... See full review

My copy is a bit noisy, but not terrible. I've heard far worse from modern pressings. Definitely listenable.

EDIT: The review I originally wrote on here was generally positive (although I did realize that it had problems), but after listening to this more, I'm realizing it's pretty poor. I think it'll do to hold me off until I find an original, but I wouldn't ... See full review

This is an amazing pressing. I thought my Legacy copy sounded pretty great (which was how I was introduced to the album), but this blows it out of water. The clarity and amount of detail present in this pressing is really amazing. Plus it's some of the ... See full review

I bought this because my AA-1006 (with scratched out AB in the matrix) sounded noisy after getting an AT 440MLa cartridge. I wanted a decent clean copy and from what I'd read online, this pressing seemed like an alright deal (no way I could afford a ... See full review

Spinning it for the second time. Sounds really great. Very quiet pressing as well. Unfortunately mine is pretty noticeably off-centre, but it seems like I'm in the minority (I've emailed Sup Pop and they said they hadn't received any complaints). I'm ... See full review

Has anyone compared this reissue to an original? I hastily bought a European pressing because I thought this reissue was hard to find. Checked another shop and they had it for $20 less than what I paid.

A bunch of these have stickers for a Journey "Greatest Hits" album. Does anybody know if those are the 180g version or the normal version?

Just want to give my own two cents in case anybody is on the fence about getting this.

I bought this a while ago at a local record store for $50, which I'll admit is pretty pricey. I have to say though, compared to the other German boot, this is a lot ... See full review

I just picked this up today. It seemed good at first, but I got crazy IGD the further inward the tonearm went. I don't know if I just got a bad pressing or if my ears/cart are overly sensitive, but just thought I should warn you. It might be worth it if ... See full review

Does anyone else have an off-centre B side? The needle is moving back and forth pretty bad. Getting pretty audible wavering too. Every other side seems to be fine though.
