As of 1 July new EU VAT rules come into force –the EU/UK governments ways of increasing revenue – they will be imposing VAT on as much as they can

If you have a problem please get in touch we are happy to sort any issues we can…we do our best to keep everything perfect but sometimes things go awry – we’ll always fix a problem for you, remember feedback is the end of a transaction not a way to contact 

We ship all orders to the address on your discogs order - if your require a change you must make sure you have confirmation from us that we have it

We ship twice daily on weekdays,

All items are extremely securely packed, and checked before shipping(we dont unseal OR play mint items).....

Please pay for your order PROMPTLY(as in when you receive your invoice)

Unpaid orders will have reminder emails sent daily

Orders unpaid for 4 days or longer will be cancelled

Please do not assume it is ok to pay late, if you can’t pay for your order straight away, please ask i am usually very obliging when possible

Please do not ask for discount/deals/etc. Our products are mint and crisp, our service ACE and the price is the price

Everything we sell is brand new

We do our best to double check the condition of all products and– we grade all brand new products as mint

If your parcel is delayed......
CHECK with your local delivery office, almost all delivery delays/problems are due to “while you were out” card not being left, or something similar
Check with neighbours
Check the tracking you were sent (if appropriate)

Please remember it is only trackable if YOU used a signed for service of some sort

Royal mail don’t consider items lost until domestically 15 days or internationally 30 days, so whilst i am happy to help and advise i can’t really do ANYTHING until those dates have passed

If the item is signed for (recorded or special delivery or international signed for) it is fully guaranteed and will be replaced provided there has been nothing untoward occur

If you item is shipped unrecorded and doesn't arrive after the allotted time period we can attempt to help but as per your invoice and terms and conditions these items are shipped at YOUR own risk

If you have any kind of fault with an item, please get in touch straight away and we will replace for you upon receipt of photographic evidence
