did this originally come in a green-tinted jewel case (à la many Rykodisc releases)? found a used copy in that state and not sure if it was put into it or originally came as such.

Promo version from originally slated 1997 release (which has floated around bootleg circles and online) seems to have a slightly different tracklisting and one additional song, "Peg Song".
