This record is now more expensive than a VG/VG+ original mono UK version on ebay. Smh.

Quiet pressing and suuuper dynamic sound. The 45rpm version probably sounds the best, but this pressing is nothing to scoff at. This is one of my favorite Christmas albums, so it'll be getting a lot of spins in during the holiday season - if you find ... See full review

Sound is excellent on this one. If you can't track down an original copy of this record, this version is the one to get. (On a side note, the punk in me is very happy that Hell's album, Television's 1st record, The Heartbreakers, and the Stooges have all ... See full review

Inner groove distortion on side A's "Kiss With a Fist" and "Girl With One Eye" are tragic. Florence's voice deserves much better. This is one of the best rock albums of the naughties, and could definitely do with an audiophile reissue. Maybe when it ... See full review

I read up on this version, with mixed reviews from the Steve Hoffman forums, and other opinions on Amazon. Listening to it now through an Audio Technica AT-LP120 w/Klipsch RP-150M and a Yamaha R-30 receiver--in other words, low budget, good sounding gear ... See full review
