I was into early electronic music in the 70's (Tomita, Schulze, Tangerine Dream, Jarre) then moved to E.B.M. (Front 242, SA42, Klinik, A Split Second, D.A.F.). I meanwhile learnt about rock and early hard rock from my brother (Blackfoot, Scorpions, Saxon, AC/DC) and about classical music from my parents. I naturally discovered house and acid house but quickly turned to hardcore to change once again to techno and ambient. I used to slow down 45 rpm techno records to 33rmp -8 or speed up ambient ones to 45 rpm + 8.
I'm rather now into acid-techno and industrial music but enjoy now and then classical music and synth pop too.
Besides music I have a degree in Foreign Trade and Logistics and am currently working for Bekaert as production planning manager.

The former company I worked for was Marine Power Europe, where I dealt with production planning and shipments from three Polish yards.

The previous job was shared between Luxembourg and Switzerland for Alloy 2000
Other jobs were in transport companies among which Weerts and TTS

My main interests include sport (mainly cycling, running, weightlifting, ski), whiskies, trips, economy, boardgames and building projects.

Nothing is done till everything is done

Hope was the first step on my way to disappointment ...

I try not to have too high expectations of people for it just sets you up for disappointment

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Buildings around me like they're waiting for the kill.
For days I haven't eaten and I really do feel ill.
If I cry for help, will you hear my call ?
If I stumble now, would you let me fall ?
Won't you give me a hand ?
Try to understand,
I feel I'm a stranger in your city.

Your concrete jungle all around can't hear the birds and bees.
I've walked for hours , I can't believe what happened to the trees.
If I need someone, would you help me to get by ?
If I come to you, would you give it a try ?
I'm all alone,
So far from home.
I'm a stranger in your city...

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Will I see the light ?
After being blind
I feel self-destruction in my mind
Oh you, I want you on my side
After months of loneliness
After weeks of emptiness
Will I ever see the light again ?
I've lived for so long without knowing...without knowing
What is an illusion, what is real ?
All around smiling people, empty talkings
Many friends, but only when there is no need, oh why ...
When the time is rough and it's so cold outside
No one's helping to face the tide...
... Will I see the light ?

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I will walk no more on the shore where we wandered then
In the streets were we roamed
I will see no more the friends we used to have then
Who still ask about you
I will sing no more the tunes I sang for you then
And I still know by heart
I will read no more the few letters you wrote then
I burned them yesterday
I will be no more the one you used to know then
Before you closed the door
When we were howling at the moon
When every morning came too soon
Before we went our separate ways
Before this file of empty days

The night is coming down, the sky is omnious,
The sun sank down below the horizon,
Gloomy darkness is wrapping the world,
In the moonlight among shadows,
You are leaving for the land of dreams
Suddenly you're opening your eyes
And you don't know if you slept or not.
It's so dark that you don't know,
For sure if your eyes are open,
After a while a sound is reaching you,
It's a human's voice,
The voice is so clear and strangely dismal,
The words are fading in the air.
You feel the approaching death that's slowly
Embracing your body.
You look around and see that
it's still dark everywhere
It's so dark that you don't know,
For sure if your eyes are open,
After a while a sound is reaching you,
It's your voice,
The voice is so clear and strangely dismal,
The words are fading in the air...

D'étranges rêveries domptent mes nuits
D'un long voyage où plus rien ne vit
D'étranges visions s'offrent à mes yeux
Tout semble revêtu d'un linceul sombre
Et l'étrange goût de mort
S'offre mon corps
Et saoûle mon âme jusqu'à l'aurore

Dans ma bulle de chagrin
Dans mon monde d'incertitude
Je suis un orphelin
Que le temps défigure
J'attends que l'hiver
Endorme mes misères
Et je sais que je mens
Je sais que j'ai froid dedans
Mais quel espoir
Pourrais-je encore avoir
Quand tout est noir ?
