DON'T ASK IF I WANT TO BUY AN ALBUM (IN MY WANTLIST). I doing that myself...Thanks!

(I prefer cd's or 8-tracks tapes ( joke! ))

A short story of my nickname.
I use the name "elimix" since 1992.
It's came from peoples saying: "Eli's Mixes..."
and also when peoples ask me:
"Eli can you mix that song...".

Im a Canadian man who like 1991-1992, mostly Italian and Belgian techno style.
I like to play with music...
My first mix was somewhere in the mid 80's with samples from the song "In The Bush" by Musique.
Now i do my work (mixes) with a PC (softwares), turntable, tape deck and cd player.

It's my dad who show me the song
"Pump Up The Volume" by M/A/R/R/S in 1987.
That song got me into House and Techno music (for real).

I love to have all my nostalgia songs on vinyl or cd format.
I really hate mp3's (to bad quality), but they are nice if i want to "check" a song (if is the good one i'm looking for) before buying a copy.

Le français est ma langue natale.

The track B to me, sounds like a demo, still a good song (version) :-)

In the "D.E.M. Volume 1 Issue 4" and "Very Best Of Powerhouse '90-'94" The "2 Unlimited - Are You Ready For This / Get Ready For This" are the same remix...
So I guess the "D.E.M. Volume 1 Issue 4" was a spinoff of Powerhouse Records under the "Hitmix" ... See full review
