Just to be clear with sellers I conduct business with and avoid conflicts down the line : When I buy a record from you, I expect accurate grading, matching Discogs' standard ( https://support.discogs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001566193-How-To-Grade-Items ). So before you ship the item I purchased, please just consider that the first question I'll ask myself when opening the package you sent me will be this one : "Could I resell this immediatly and advertise in good faith the same announced grading condition I purchased this in?"
If you suspect the answer would be "no" or "maybe", please get in touch with me before shipping, just so we be clear on this before.
And please, to avoid seam splits, remove record from sleeve, put it just in its inner sleeve besides the sleeve, not in the middle in case of gatefold.
thanks.

I like all these guys, but this never really worked for me, too nice or something, until I played the B side at 33 rather than 45, and suddenly it really opened up some frequencies, and some of the plastic sounding synthesizer sounds got deep and...

This is such an incredible record, at time defying genre classification IMHO. A3 is an absolute wonder.

Both my fave Prince Buster songs on one single EP. Unique mood, "Dancing Time" being the winner on this.

Such a weird and therefore cool album, reggaeton with the sound aesthetics of gabber!

Nattlig Frost is a killer dark loner folk cut, with heavy Nico vibes, underrated and forgotten

How this is not much much more sought out is a mystery to me. Outstanding release.

Finally got my hands on this, and I must say that as a lover of most Slater works, and even more heavily into stuff such as Seefeel, Locust, etc, I'm extremely underwhelmed by this.
The last track is indeed really good, and feels like a finished... See full review |

I said that the price didn't match the presentation, But it still is a cool record. NWW is the only band I'm actively collecting on wax. I'm not collecting every editions of said release, and almost never the more expensive version, but if there is...

There is a CD version of this. It was available on NWW's bandcamp and site for months before it sold out.

jorgz Yes, and that's why it's great the upcoming Wax Trax reissue exists, since it does exactly that, without adding all the sketchy cutting floor material, that wasn't even included in Stolen and Contaminated songs, which kind of was meant to be...

The records sound incredibly good, delicate and quite groove. I enjoyed this both at 33 and 45 RPM, much more than antisipated. The presentation is nice, but IMHO, not matching the selling price. Thankfully, the music is.

This sounds really good, even if the record isn't looking great. And this is a lathe cut. I don't know why the label claimed it was a vinyl record. But indeed, pressing 25 vinyl records would cost more than to cut 25 lathe cuts. Maybe that is the...

airbagabe, Are you asking a question here, or making a statement?
I don't understand how you don't see this : a strong album is one where the vast majority of it is essential. This isn't the case here, far from it, when the original release was... See full review |

Completely disagree. I was considering getting the 3XLP version, but all the best songs already are IMHO on this LP

Funny, you guys obviously don't understand what a remix can be, and maybe should be. But to each his own. AFAIAC, that is the only remix there that has a timelessness quality.

Yes, it does very little to me as well. It lacks tension, too much bliss mood, when great ambient IMHO needs some level of tension.

Finally got to hear all the bonus material, and I must say I am not impressed. The art direction on the original pressing was pretty great, and imho right to leave those outakes on the cutting floor. The recent Astral Disaster outakes were really...

They don't get it wrong : they decide to not correct this. They allowed a faulty product on the market. You get test pressings before you launch the pressing. Someone at the company let that slid, and now the customers are paying the price. This is...

With this and the Hilary Woods LP, 2020 is giving me back faith in pop music, stunning!

I sincerely hope you will keep correcting this : I bought two copies of this already, brand new, from shops, both unlistenable. I had to wait some time to be able to afford those with COVID. Didn't check the discogs page (why should I have?), and come...

Strongly disagree with the trainwreck comment. It is exactly what it says it is, a club mix, a remix, and it is surprsingly fun and still relevant.

This is the one, this is where i'm finaly sold on the VS hype, how he could be what I missed since Muslimgauze's Mullah Said. I've been vastly underwhelmed by VS output since its inception, but the intended aesthetic kept drawing me, despite the music...

WTF!
I did order mine on the premise of this being on hte vinyl! It's the one track I liked on this, that made me order this... Nowhere did they say it was going to lack this. Really dishonest! |

Such an odd and special album, stuborn and charming. Love it

Dark ambient this IMHO isn't. Straight up new age, a little more melancholic than your usual fare, but still pretty gentle, if not too gentle for my taste, too polite.

A fantastic and underrated album, still as good now as when it initially was released.

The flip side of High Chaparral won't get you Snapper, though, hte one that is really special here IMHO ;)
