If I remember correctly from comments by Edward, this release added some material to the Flowmotion release and Pink Dots never granted Ding Dong rights to release the tape (at least not with the extra tracks). Last track was also cut on this release.

My copy does not look this way ... it only has "private copy" noted on it, but also has a melted Lp on the cover etc.

Looks like mine is produced in the UK and not the US (at least the inner bag is made in the UK), but otherwise it looks like this edition (on the back is EGED 27 and under: 2335 251).
