The Stiff Kasper is not a reissue, nor was the original Kasper withdrawn.2 completely different recorded versions, on two different labels. Also, if you want just one, the first one is infinitely superior.

p.s. When you say review, is it something you wrote, or a clipping? I must say I'm curious. The period writings that are known of are so few...... His 'normal' performing career was decidedly brief.
