The sleeve that is provided with this test pressing is slightly different to the one that was made available when the album was properly pressed, some credits are different and the lay out is also slightly different.

Not "An original painting by the artist" (if only!). Copies released on the WVB label came with a folder including a lithograph by Karel Appel. The lithograph is signed in the stone, so not on the lithograph itself.
