It is borderline criminal that "Don't Change" didn't get onto the tracklist.

Failing Twilight absolutely drives me mad. Tell me that isn't a sample of Homer Simpson chanting and I won't believe it. Otherwise a solid album.

Yep, love it or hate it, Canady did the artwork.

The album has some unworldly beautiful tracks, something like SAWII with a bit more tempo and beats. It should be noted that the recording level is very low, about 60% of the norm, which may or may not bother you.

Amazingly, this appears to be unavailable anywhere nowadays. Nope on Etnicanet, DAT records, or Bandcamp. Thank goodness I got mine already. Mind-blowing!

It probably hurts somebody's feelings so it's blacklisted. Soon enough, Ozzy will be the same way.

Matthias Mootz was seriously looking into the future when he made this (and for that matter, LPD). Sounds as fresh today as it did 20 years ago.

Flying Saucer Landing is one of the most fun tracks ever written. If, for no other reason, you should own this.

I thought this label was only going to produce records from seven people. So much for that concept.

Their work here reminds me of the scene in the third Matrix movie when Trinity and Neo shoot out of the blackened sky into a glimpse of sublime beauty before going right back down into the dreck. By far their best moment.

Incredibly fun stuff. Every time I throw it on, I bounce about the room and cannot wipe the smile off my face.

Where there was a lot of creativity in terms of new sounds, there was little creativity in song writing. That's the part I am talking about. I stand by my comment. The creativity in the sound palette definitely opened a lot of doors for music that... See full review

The bpm for the Binary Finary track is slowed down just a little bit from the original mix, improving it greatly in my mind. Impeccable track selection.

It's a shame this guy doesn't get more attention - he is a solid and consistent performer.

Nope the tracks on disk two are different than disk one. Disk two is entirely beatless/ambient if I recall right, where disk one is filled with dub sounds and beats.

Mozart Firefox should be called "Orff Firefox" I think. I don't hear any Mozart, but "Carmina Burana" is all over this track. Good stuff anyhow! The Schlabbaduerst series was not available to me until I found them on Bandcamp and now my collection is... See full review

Over the last few years, this has become my go-to bit of dark ambient. Simply gorgeous.

One day, back in early 1992, I was reading a copy of "Alternative Press" in which a wanker... er... no, he was a wanker, who ran a column typically berating electronic music came out guns firing on this album, making fun of the chipmunk vocals,... See full review

I saw a Consumer Electronics show some time back. Peter Sotos did a video collage prior to that. I told Peter that Whitehouse was at its best when he was involved. He said I should tell that to Philip. I did not get the chance, but I will say it now.... See full review

Very serviceable collection of squelch-heavy entries. Hallucinogenic Horses, Traskel and Donkey Shot tracks are madness.
