I think this album is close to post-punk scene of the time because of Mike Hedges production. A masterpiece!

Well, okay, lads. I've listened hundreds and hundreds new wave records for years, but this one is from the Top 10. Full of raw energy, it's a new wave masterpiece. NWOBHM? It doesn't matter, just a great LP.

I think, not so. Both sound like a studio ones - just re-recorded versions. Good mixes anyway!

There are no low frequencies on this version, maybe the main problem is in mastering, maybe in a mix, I have no idea. Otherwise a good album, a classic 77 LP.

Absolutely underrated album. Great production (Dave Hunt on the controls), great vocals work (hey Spizz!), it still sounds timeless.

In fact it's the vinyl edition of a now classic "Максимальная версия дискотек" (Discoteques Maximal Version) (tape only releaseб 1989).

There are different mixes than presented on ZYX edition. More danceable, I would recommend this one for DJs.

Things were getting worse in 1978… Punk was not a trend of the year and maybe that was the reason, why the Island refused to release the Automatics LP, which had been recorded and (produced?) by (now) classic new-wave maestro Steve Lillywhite.
Okay. I’m ... See full review

The story of this famous British new-romantic/neo-salsa band began with all those early days of punk music. In those times they were called as The Leyton Buzzards and were playing the simple punk/new wave stuff. The Leyton Buzzards were one of the first ... See full review

Absolute killer disco number. I don’t remember, how many times I played this one at the parties for the last ten years but I would like to say THANK YOU GUYS for this track – it sounds great even nowadays, seems like it was recorded yesterday.

All we know how it doing nowadays. You play italo-disco records, using all this stuff from the Intergalactic FM or so, monitoring the DJ-sets from world famous musicians, but what about 1985? What tracks were the dee-jays playing? How were they doing ... See full review

The third Den Harrow album still has a firm Turatti-Chieregato production. There are no big hits as on the previous ones, but this disc full of electro-funky beats and pretty house arrangements. It is 1988 and the times were changed, nevertheless ... See full review

Hello folks! This is 100% fake! In USSR 1978-1988 was only label called Melodya! No Capitol, Virgin, Warners etc… Only Melodya! This release in 1978 did not exist! I think this is early 90's editions, not 1978! Beware!
