hi there. I think for reissues, the RKS Sterling should sound the best. when you spin your copy, do sides c & d sound better than a & b? noticed your c & d have the RKS sterling stamp. I think there is another reissue which has rks on all 4 sides

hi again. just to add. I bought the jutta hipp vol 1 and 2 disk union. will compare it to the Toshiba vol 1 (80s pressing) when they have all arrived. im suspecting the disk union one will trounce the toshiba

thank you so much for your kind reply. ahhhh.. so do you mean there can be more 1 MM test pressing for lets say Coltrane blue train (the non srx version)? read on SH forum that test pressings are not always better than the original release.

I own this pressing and I noticed that the treble seems to be boosted and bass decreased. is it just me or does any1 experience the same? music is amazing though. based on this pressing,music 4.5/5 sonics 3/5

there is also a Japanese import version of this. but I guess its still considered as the same version right? it has a Japanese obi sticker (with air mail envelope like perimeter) on the back of the shrink

has any kind soul compared this with the recent mov and sony vinyl pressings? thanks in advance. US orig pressings are quite pricey even for a VG condition LP and am considering to get the recent sony reissue. :)
