I think the intention for the majority of copies was they were available for free from participating record stores. Mine came from Resident Records in Brighton, who had about 10 copies in total which they were giving out to anyone who asked for a copy. ... See full review

There were at least 10 copies of the test pressing given out free by resident in Brighton after it made number one in their 2014 end of year list. It isn't signed, but it's a Lost In The Dream test pressing all the same.

I "claim" to have a copy because ... See full review

My German isn't very good, but I think the label on the front suggests playing the B side at 33 as well as 45. INTERVIEWS breaks work beautifully at either speed, and that tune is the winner here for me. Qnete at 45 a close second. It's all pretty ... See full review

It's a beautifully recorded album. I loved the songs on the last (admittedly experimental) Stone Garden EP, but the sound was way-off. Masana Temples is perfect sounding record.

I bought this from the band at one of their Brighton shows last year, then smiled all the way home when I realised the cover shows the street (also in Brighton) on which two of my children were born.

‘School’ is the jam here.

I thought for a while that ‘8’ contained a sample from ‘Sunrain’ by Ash Ra Temple / Manuel Göttsching. Having listened to it on repeat for a while longer, I don’t think it does, but there’s certainly an ART / MG vibe about it. It’s a beautiful slice of ... See full review

Beautifully bucolic bus-themed kosmiche folk, with a Sussex twist. An absolute treat for the ears and mind.

Guruguru Brain are very good when it comes to repressing their catalogue, usually in further limited coloured variants - just look at the first Minami Deutsch LP, or any of the Kikagaku Moyo LPs and see what they did there, several times over. If you ... See full review

It’s already been repressed at least once, so maybe it will come again. For what it’s worth, the download is available at Bleep...

This version comes with a scaled-down, fold-out copy of the Zin Taylor wall drawing which inspired the music. All in all a beautifully presented package.

Music never loses its power to surprise. It’s a cliché, but when I was a teenager in the late seventies / early eighties, searching out new cool stuff predominantly involved listening to John Peel or, as and when Saturday wages allowed it, hanging round ... See full review

Those critics of 'Love Is Stronger Than Pride', referring to the 'cheesy lyrics' etc, seem to have missed the fact that this is actually a cover of a slow soul burner by Sade. Listen to them side by side (Sade by Mayer?) and you'll fully appreciate the ... See full review

Great LP. ‘Come Swimming’ by far and away my favourite song by anyone, anywhere in 2016. Must have seem ‘em play it live 7 or 8 times that year, too. Perfect every time.

It is a thing of very great beauty, however, sonically and visually. Glad I managed to get one.

Trouble In Mind up to their usual witchcraft when it comes to new old sounds. This one appears to have been beamed in from the early 1980's. Night Flight is short, sweet, with spiky guitars, and the singer bemoaning "if I could only give names to the ... See full review
