My copy has that too. But I hear it on the right side only (which makes it even more annoying, especially when listening on headphones).

Mine does not get stuck, but has a loud crack in the middle of the track.

In general, I’m pretty disappointed by the sound quality of the record, although I knew I shouldn’t expect to much. But this bad? Amazing album though.
