Quality undergound Hip-Hop track! Better Days was used on DJ Premier's Crooklyn Cuts Tape C under the name Better Dayz by the Sharpshooters (Mr. Supreme and DJ Sureshot), which is a mistake on Prim's part. Super ill track though!

This is a really great EP from Noel Nanton. All of the tracks are very creative and useful. The "Five O'clock track was used on Terry Francis's Architecture CD. It was also played by David Alvarado on his Soul Searching Vol.2 mix. If only there were more ... See full review

This track brings back some great memories every time I play it. For New Years 2000, I went to San Francisco to party it up. Last minute I heard that Leaf Recordings was having a party at the Top on Haight (infamous and unfortunatly late, club). The DJ's ... See full review

One of the best house mix CD's of all time. It has style, energy, tha funk and some comedy. Great track selection, superb programing and flawlessly mixed by Terry. Very nice!

Great 7"! I love "The Sweetest" track from the album. Nice vocals and reggae styled guitar. The perfect summer track. The flip "Thaihi" is an exclusive track to this single featuring a sick beat workout, with tons of effects and an old vocal sample I ... See full review

This is a fairly obscure track on a very obscure label from some very important producers. DJ Buck and Rasoul only teamed up a few times and this was one of them. Most people would think of this as a dated early SF House EP, true, but they are missing ... See full review

Killer album! Sexy downtempo, groovey french style house, silly samples, just a genius production. Fun, fun, fun..... I want more!

Ian Pooley breathes life into an already excellent track. Nice analog filtering effect on the vocal sample and clean beats makes this Ian Pooley, master mixing job, stand out. Sneak is hard to top, but for once I prefer Ian's mix to the original as far ... See full review

A total west-coast anthem, instant classic and in my opinion, Rasoul's best work to date! True Science is in my top ten favorite house tracks of all time and I am sure many others. It's the kind of record a DJ keeps in his safe; the extra unopened copy. ... See full review

Pal Joey at his best. Don't get me wrong, I love the brokenbeat, mid-tempo original version. It's a classic! But as a house DJ, the 'House Mix 2' is where it's at. The great thing about playing this version is its rarity. Everyone has heard the other ... See full review

I can't believe this record has been around for ten years now. Roy Davis Jr. and DJ Skull's (Wreckin’ Shop 96' Mix) is off the hook. It was played by the greats and the not so greats alike. It’s still super rare and a hard to find classic.

I would have to say, overall, this is my favorite label. Not for it's entirety but for it's pursuit of pure, tribal funk. The first five releases alone are some of the best underground house I have ever heard. Nice logo too. ... See full review

This is one of the most important releases to ever come out of Detroit in the house spectrum. "A Dedication To Joss" was way ahead of it's time. A groundbreaking co-production of a Detroit legend and Tech House Master. The percussion is a nice skippy ... See full review

What a great record. One of Cevin Fisher's best releases. The two mixes of 'The Way We Used To'(Live Mix and Hard Mix), were used on Doc Martin's "Unlock Your Mind" mix CD. The live mix is the best of the three mixes on the EP in my opinion. It features ... See full review

This is it! The Orb is what got me into house, especially tribal-house and dub-house. The track U.F.Orb still has some sick beats and breaks even today. O.O.B.E is still one of my favorite ambient tracks and the rest is just history. Dr. Alex was on top ... See full review
