Another record which made the Top 100 pop charts apparently purely on import copies as it doesn't seem it secured a full British release. This happened to a few European dance tunes around this time. When you think of some of the unadulterated rubbish... See full review

Surely Bronski Beat were the first openly gay pop group. Or even the Village People who I know weren't all gay but had an image where it was assumed/projected early on that they were - and many people still think that they all were.

I agree but in 1988 they weren't really a new generation of clubbers the majority of the ravers when things kicked off in early 1988 came straight from the London pre-acid house underground dance scene the funk and electro funk clubs and also a lot of... See full review

I'd agree with Adventurer58 completely the tune "You In The Night" is also to me one of the greatest pieces of popular music I've heard. I'm not usually one to stomach electric guitar solos but this tune is so perfect such an amazing example off that... See full review

So refreshing and invaluable that someone has taken the time to list all the mixes and versions of this tune - thank you. Among the various obvious improvements that Discogs needs is a list of every mix/version available for each single release maybe... See full review

I've wondered that too - probably not as it's exactly the same timing and only appears on that one edition of the single as though it's a typo or they hadn't decided the exact title when that came out.

Lovely tune the Michael Woods mix stands head and shouders above the rest for me - not everything he touches turns to gold but when he's on top form on a tune or mix like this he's a surefire 10 out of 10 all the way. This is more of an ambient mood... See full review
