I always felt this single and it's crisp production was highly slept on. I never cared much for songs that targeted girls by name (Roxanne, Roxanne, Latoya, Keisha, etc.), but the beat, cuts and lyrical flow with "Sally" captivated me the day I heard ... See full review

You wouldn't understand. No offense. This was Florida music, made for Floridians at the time. If you bought it in '88, you got it too late and it's sound would have already been dated, as it was recorded in late 86 and dropped in early '87. By '88, the ... See full review

Huge song in 85 here in Florida. Many Cutlass Classic and Regals were heard blasting this around the PJs during those days.

How about $0 tops? There's a reason this wasn't on their first LP as a remix... Because it fucking sucks. Back in the day, no DJ would be caught dead with this wack shit in their crate. Only millennial Euros and Brazilians think this is worth more ... See full review

One of my faves from the Nexus 21/Altern 8 camp. It is one of the few pre-jungle breakbeat techno records I didn't get rid of. DJ Nex Theme is my choice on here.

It is possible that it was an Altern 8 throwaway track. I bought this when it was new, and used to rock it on my breakbeat mixtapes, but it was never really a "favorite." More filler than anything else.

There was no entry for a picture cover LP version with the cat # PGA 020 A/B, only a test pressing, so I added this one. The cat# 415 appears nowhere on my copy. Good, solid early 90's underground Hip-Hop LP. A lot of these folks went on to become ... See full review

Catch Me if You Can by Quesse was one of the better Florida "Rap" songs to ever come out. Quesse had some good verbal skills, so it's a shame this track never made it on the LP. Back in the day, I heard Queese and Mike had some beef, so Mike booted him ... See full review

Awesome 808-style R&B track from the 80s! Heavy bass, good vocals and excellent, clean production--A true classic. However, I have seen multiple copies over the years (this was mass-produced on MCA) and own 3, so I'm flummoxed as to why people are ... See full review

Not a classic by any stretch of the imagination, but well worth having for some early Texas Hip-Hop with a twist of L.A. and Miami--Truly a hybrid LP. Lots of funny gangsta-type lyrics and plenty of bass to keep your trunk rattlin' in 2011.

This was a low-budget and little known bass jam, even at the time of it's release. I knew a ton a of DJs, and only knew one person who owned a copy. "Get on Down" was the choice song on the single, and offers PLENTY of low bass frequencies.

You're talking out of the side of your arse. "Kramtronix" was a name given to me on AOL in 1994 because my name backwards is KRAM and my favorite 80's Hip-Hop producer was Curtis Mantronik of Mantronix fame. Techno? Really?
