Yes, this is the newer Jungle genre that became very popular in 1993. I would categorize the older style you speak of (pre 93) as Breakbeat, Breakbeat-Oldskool, or even Breakbeat-Oldskool Rave; which is the most "vibey", underground, and acidic form...

More of that same silly s#!T from the original mix... I guess I am more into phantasmal breaks (Happy, Mysterious, Dreamy, or Dark), ghost drumz, and other ghoulish dark styles of jungle.

Urban Mix is significantly better than the silly original and comes rolled with some improved bass, drum patterns, and samples. Nice '98 feel on the Takeover Mix also. I am actually surprised I didn't hear this one before... but probably never...
