Collecting records for about 30 years. In the 80ies and 90ies I run a second-hand-record-shop for a few years. This was more hobby than business, so it wasn't very successfully on a commercial view. On the other hand, I left a fine collection. Now I started to share the information from this past times.

I belong to the more near mint condition collectors, to enjoy the music, not the cracklings, on a vintage high end stereo.

When rating, I prefer to do this for that music, I like. If I don't like a style, so no need to rate it - that's my opinion. So my average ratings are high, of course.

I'm very much into this femal vocals folk stuff, a long time fan of Sandy Denny, and need to agree to my predecessors, this is an excellent, beautiful album, one of my favourites. This voice can promisses near anything and catch you wherever you are.

What a surprize, some kind of mixture between the Haymarket Square, Ill Wind and The Great Society. Smashing 60s psych with great femal vocals. The mastering is fine, sound pretty good. Defintive worth a listening.

The cat# system was launched in the middle of 1969. Possibly a predecessor version to Johnny Rivers - Whisky A Go-Go Revisited. Anyway not later than 1972 when the company credit changed and likely not later than 1971 when SACEM was introduced. Hope this helps. Cheers

I was really surprized by the excellent sound quality of this edition. I guess about the music t don't need to tell anything.

Discovered the album 30 years ago in a Den Hague second hand store and got the storie that this are 5 brilliant studio musicians who did an album session just for fun. Psychedelic jazz fusion, you may like or not. It has an own style and I like it a lot. ... See full review

First song reminds me to "Flying High" of The Love Exchange, but even that poor recording from 68 sounds much better. Daybreak obviously recorded with a cassette recorder. Who don't care about this suffering quality may enjoy it.
