tbh FSOL's two Test Transmissions in 1992 and their 1993 Essential Mix has strong connections with S&D Renaissance and Northern Exposure mixes. FSOL's Test Transmission 2 in 1992 included both first tracks of Renaissance 1994 mix and Northern Exposure... See full review

I'm not sure how this turned into classic. Probably some dominant figures in music magazines like RA or FACT forced it in every single unnatural way, you remember from 2006 to 2010 minimal was the only right choice to stay relevant on the dance scene,... See full review

Northern Exposure 2 used the T-World remix

his remix on Larry Heard's "Closer" stood the test of time the most of his early productions. Unlike his QAT stuff which is more of epic house epoch of 15 minutes lengthy tracks with diva vocals, that style is long gone.

they had their popularity days (were heavily promoted by RA)
but in terms of music it’s just business techno with trance synths, it’s completely dull

just listen to the transitions 550 - it shows the latter part of live in miami, it was filled with many classics by Rabbit In The Moon, Erasure, Desert Storm, Vince Watson and etc.

It's trash again for electronic fans, and an album of the year for old jerks. Plain and simple.

Ok, i try to defend the concept of this release.
