Lovely tune that sounds like Slyder's 'Score' on speed, pinching the same melody wholesale.

Can't add much to the reviews but I do remember when these were released (most all at the same time, iirc) that the guy selling them was indeed bearded :) Whether he was an Acid Warrior of Peace is open to debate, but I suspect so :)

I remember my brother rushing out to get this after hearing it in a club somewhere in darkest east London. Can't believe there's no love for 'German' > the standout track for me. The sample "Everyone thought we were German" is taken from an interview ... See full review

As below, I have a box-set with all white plastic trays and a separate sheet of pills where the plastic is clear, bought separately much later. Perhaps someone should create a new entry to denote the two different releases.

One of Jackie Edwards' finest Lp's inexplicably released in the USA (under the title 'Premature Golden Sands') minus the tunes penned by Jackie and replaced with covers. Thankfully this release above contains a host of Jackie originals and just two ... See full review

Out of all 9 Mad Cow Records releases this one appears to be black vinyl only - also has two of the label's standout tunes (imho) It was supposed to be tunes that weren't good enough for Nil By Mouth/Nosebleed but I'd say the thoroughly mad cow beats ... See full review

Strangely, the white label promo is easier to find than the final release.

Anyone have any idea on the numbers produced of each?

Agree with just about everyone here: The 'A' side is commercial happy hardcore (with a capital 'c') but the flip side is quite remarkable. One of the finest German hard trancers from the mid 90's. It's a shame Scooter didn't write more of them but, at ... See full review

It's worth noting that you can pick up both the original 12" releases these tracks are culled from for less than a fiver... :) What was the point repressing two tracks you can pick up in the bargain bin? I thought represses were the reserve of hard to ... See full review

Discogs only links to YouTube so they wouldn't be able to remove it (and anyone wanting to hear it could just search YouTube and find it quite easily)

Pretty sure Dom Harding is NOT 'also known as' Captain Tinrib. They're two different people... but equally as talented :)
