Side 1 medley is excellent French electro disco. Underated and worth checking out!

UK edition was released in Hi-gloss sleeve. Excellent quality sound too.

A strange release from our electro-disco hero where side one is not exactly three tracks but a repeated medley of the first two combined with the third as track three! My French Atlantic copy sounds dynamically brilliant, but as most reviewers state, ... See full review

Longer version than used on the Dance Collection, A Compilation of 12" Singles. That version runs at 6:06. The original promo mix is the ultimate version.

The quality and presentation of these 180g re-releases are things of beauty. The booklets give such an added visual dimension to the vinyl. The heaviest 180g records I have come across. The blueprint for all vinyl re-releases.

I think that one is a digi-pak and the other a standard jewel case. I could be wrong!

Check out the Polar Norway pressing from 1977. It knocks everything else out. Better than any remaster, sounds gorgeous. Think it was mastered and pressed by EMI Scandinavia. Never heard any other version at this level of quality, so much depth and solid ... See full review

One of the best pressings. Lots of light & shade with a firm, robust level of bass. Although it's on Polar as is the Swedish version, the Norwegian pressing is by far superior, notably on Eagle which showcases a wider stereo image and previously unheard ... See full review

Has incorrect album title on label. Says "Even Now" instead of ABBA-The Album.

I have a UK vinyl repress which looks like a 3rd or 4th generation. SHVL 804 A-10 B-9. It has the name "Harry" etched in the run out close to the label. Is this version familiar?

"The Name of the Game" is a US edit and not the 4.53 version listed above. The shorter edit became the more commonly used version from this compilation onwards for many years until the longer mix was reinstated on later copies of "ABBA Gold".

Dark blue Epic label. Otherwise identical to regular "made in UK" version.

An interesting UK only compilation, noteworthy for the seguing of tracks. Some of the segues are better than others. However the choice of tracks is somewhat dubious. The sub heading is "A collection of love songs", so why Eagle and Happy New Year are ... See full review

There is beyond genius. You cannot really critique this album because it is the only point of reference. It would be like describing infinity. Only the really brave can hear it. You have to listen beyond the music to get it. To call this album a ... See full review

Their swansong really, and what a way to go! A haunting, synth driven 6 minute of epic proportion that in included a huge finger to everyone who wrote them off as kitsch, cheesy pop! This is the ultimate kitchen sink drama that takes something ordinary ... See full review

Evolution is an outstanding Moroder classic, filling every second of it's 15-odd minutes with exciting, electronic experiences. I thought this had been remixed for modern electronica fans, but it's the original mix with the trippiest bass lines and ... See full review
