Trying to clear up some contradicting information. This listing mentions a special French edition which includes four of Watine's releases (as chosen by purchaser). The release page on Bandcamp for the 'standard' edition states, 'comes with 4 CD's from ... See full review

Can anyone confirm that the major identifier for a first pressing is that first pressing jacket has 'Jacket made in Canada' on the rear to the left of the (c) info?
And, that none of the subsequent releases have this? A Sealed and Mint copy just come up ... See full review

I have updated the releases listed on Discogs to reflect those on the Bandcamp page. I wasn't entirely successful (Thunder Tube credit was deemed inadmissable by Discogs, even though it had been accepted at an earlier date). The 'deluxe' and 'special' ... See full review

Is it worth making a separate entry for all pre-release editions of Lonerism on LP? A number were announced, including:

Actually, not a sleeve, but a mailer that has been stamped on the rear as an edition of 100. Def a mailer as its outsize and has a peel-off sticky strip on the flap with a peel-off sticky strip.

The 'Lake Poets' Bandcamp page shows 3 versions of Honest Hearts, the standard version, one with hand-written lyrics, and one with a custom sleeve (and hand-written lyrics). All came with 'pot-luck' bonuses of CD's badges and beer-mats (!). I have ... See full review

I have the brown card sleeve edition, which has a generic white sleeve inside, in place of the picture sleeve shown for this edition. Maybe the card sleeve is limited to 100, and the picture sleeve edition limited to 'X' amount?

Actually, to partially answer my question, the matrix numbers differ. i will add them to this listing when I have a spare moment.

I am right in assuming the only visible difference between this and the Bella Union pressing is that the Bella Union logo appears in the lower left hand corner of the rear of the sleeve? And that, other than that they are identical, including the matrix ... See full review

I should clarify that the image of the cd and sleeve is of the official release, and not the counterfeit. Ask for images before buying.

Buyer beware...as suspected, the copy I bought and had to fight to get my money back for, was indeed a counterfeit...see newly uploaded image.

My copy has the same issue. Apparently, this is how Unknown Tone received the LP's from the pressing plant, and is not a result of their having been removed from the inner sleeves before being mailed. As long as they play o.k......

So anyway, there's this musician, artist, geezer, whatever, goes by the name of Laurie Shaw, and he is going to be big, not big, but huge, or massive, no - more than that - a towering behemoth creeping up into the sky and blocking out the sun, but don't ... See full review
