PAYMENT
Payment is by PayPal only and due within 72 hours of purchase.

SHIPPING
All records are packaged with care: I use custom mailing boxes and protective inserts (pads) specifically designed to protect records during shipment.

This does not apply to some boxed sets, where creative custom packaging is called for. See my Shipping Policy here on Discogs for more information.

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of receiving payment.

BACKGROUND
I have been selling collectable records for more than forty years—at shows, through ads in publications (Goldmine and Discoveries), and on the internet (eBay and Discogs).

GRADING
Records are graded visually as they have been for the past sixty years.

I do not follow the NEW Goldmine/Discogs standards that combine visual with aural grading, especially the new definition of NM-!

No one can guarantee that an opened record has never been played.

No one can guarantee that any record will play perfectly on every system.

No one can guarantee that a record will play with no imperfections during playback from system to system.

Consequently, I make none of those guarantees about any record I offer for sale.

Some brand-new, just out-of-the-shrinkwrap, unplayed LPs sound like crap!

Some records that look like they were used for placemats at teen parties play spectacularly.

It's the nature of the beast.

STILL-SEALED ALBUMS
For albums advertised as factory-sealed, I assume the correct record is in the sealed jacket and that it has never been played.

After you pay for a sealed album, at your request I will open and inspect it before shipping it to you. If opening the shrinkwrap reveals any issues with the record, I will inform you of them.

You can then choose to have me send you the album as is, or you can have me refund all of your payment (including shipping).

If you want me to send the album to you still-sealed, then you accept full responsibility for the record and there are no return privileges.

If you have a better way to protect our transaction, let me know.

BUYING FROM ME
If you are not happy with anything that I send you, please contact me via Discogs immediately.

Tell me what your problem or complaint is, and what I can do to make things better.

My usual solution is to offer a full refund after you return the item.

FEEDBACK
If you are happy with our transaction, please leave positive feedback.

If I am happy with our transaction—and that includes your feedback—I will leave positive feedback for you.
