I don't know where the knowledge for the red version came from (there being 60 copies of it)... I was told there were 400 copies pressed. Asked Sub Pop around 2001 or so, and that's what they told me.

All of these remix CDs are absolutey excellent and now fairly difficult to get hold of now. I remember trying to sell my spare copy of Sounds Of The Universe Remixes CD on eBay and "Mute Records Germany" filed a complaint and had me take it off sale, ... See full review

Not all copies came with a badge, insert and postcard... Not sure how many, but probably something like 100 copies knowing the guys who made it... =O)
Shit, looks like I need to find me a copy with those extra little bits then! =o(

A really good, under-rated album in my honest opinion...
I recently picked this CD up in a charity shop for 50p, as you do, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised to find out how fresh and catchy it was! Because I buy so many, I never expect much when I ... See full review

I also heard a fairly big chunk of the Beach Boys in there too. Especially with their harmonies, for sure!

It's probable that you had a black vinyl thrown in with your coloured vinyl boxset for a reason such as they may have been a purple vinyl short of a coloured set or even that a purple vinyl may have been damaged or mispressed and they simply replaced it ... See full review

Seems to be a little bit of confusion regarding the amount pressed...
When I bought my boxset in 2007 (the black wax version), I was told by the label that there was 750 copies manufactured. And at the last minute they decided to press the last 250 ... See full review

So... What's a 'flipback' cover?
Just a regular 12" sleeve which you flip (back) over and it's got the credits/blurb on?
Cos it's certainly not a gatefold vinyl sleeve...
? :-)

Early versions have a misprint. A couple of song titles are mixed up. I think tracks 4 and 5, can't remember for certain at the moment!

Just a note- 50 copies autographed by Daniel Miller were randomly distributed when purchased via the Mute website.

There are two 'versions' of this edition. A few hundred were sealed with a sticker. Fewer still had the sticker not sealing the vinyl in. And had an A4 info sheet on the front in between the record and the plastic sheath.

EXCELLENT atmospheric instrumental tunes, which came here over a decade before Public Service Announcement (I think that's what they're called?) They're good too though! Very similar approach so it seems to me. Anyway buy Loose/35007!
